Andrew Seitz, Partner to the firm, earned his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar.
Andrew is the author of a law review article titled, “It’s a Series of Tubes: Network Neutrality in the United States,” published in the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary in Fall, 2009. Andrew was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010.

Ron Archer has represented people suffering from exposure to asbestos, benzene, beryllium, and other toxic substances. He has represented communities and families who have been hurt by groundwater and other industrial contamination. Jill Rakauski has worked with asbestos victims since 1993. She started as a trial assistant in West Virginia working on cases involving mainly chemical and steelworkers. After graduating in the top of her class in West Virginia School of Law in 1998, she moved to Chicago and continued representing victims of asbestos disease, mainly in Wisconsin.
She has taken many asbestos cases to trial in Wisconsin and Illinois, resulting in large verdicts.
She has been a board member of the Wisconsin Association of Justice and a state delegate to the American Association for Justice.

Jeanine R. Soufan began her litigation career at Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she represented clients throughout eastern North Carolina.
In 2020, Jeanine created the nation’s first countywide Eviction Diversion Program in Orange County, North Carolina. This program provided free legal representation to tenants facing eviction during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Jeanine graduated from North Carolina State University and Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Rupal “Shiva” Shah earned their Juris Doctor with a concentration in Social Justice Lawyering from University of California Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2016. They volunteered at the Legal Assistance and Referral Clinic and the General Assistance Advocacy Project Clinic while in law school. Shiva also served as the Submissions and Acquisitions Editor for the Hastings Race and Poverty Law Journal, and an officer of OutLaw. They graduated cum laude from San Jose State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science and Sociology. David White earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago and graduated in the top of his class at DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, he volunteered at multiple legal aid organizations serving Chicago’s underprivileged communities. He moved to Southern California and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2024.

Patrick earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz, before attending the University of Southern California for law school. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a passion for advocacy, which was ignited during his teenage years when he participated in mock trial. From that early experience, he developed a deep love for the courtroom, recognizing it as the place where his skills as a strategist and advocate could make the greatest impact.
